Safia is a qualified teacher, specialising in innovative and creative pedagogies such as ‘Teaching at the Right level’ to support teachers to improve pupil outcomes in key skills such as numeracy, literacy, Swahili, English and critical thinking. With experience in monitoring evaluation and learning as well as data analysis, Safia is responsible for designing MEL frameworks and currently supporting the Zanzibar Malaria Eradication Project to monitor and assess the outcomes of their work.
